
11/2008 - Bristol International Airport: Fly Thru campaign
Armadillo has worked with Bristol International Airport to create branding for their new fast track security lane product, a lane which enables users to move swiftly through security to departures, with minimal queuing.
Playing on an aeronautical theme, Armadillo cleverly titled the product name ‘Fly Thru’ and created the logo, which shows a graphical representation of someone being searched at security. The logo also includes the line ‘Your faster route to departures’, pulling customers through to the departures lounge where they can shop, eat and relax before flying.
Armadillo implemented the logo across a suite of marketing communications throughout the airport which included check-in desk monitors, posters and ticket machine branding. Whilst the new Fly-Thru logo had to work in conjunction with the Bristol International Airport brand, a key objective was to ensure the marketing materials worked hard to stand out in a noisy advertising environment.
Armadillo has worked with the airport for 10 years and has consistently supplied clever, strategic, creative marketing solutions.
